About the Item
Authentieke Victoriaanse meetkan gebruikt voor het afmeten van vloeistoffen. Deze kan noemt men een "Haystack Jug" en heeft een inhoud van 2 Gallon. De kan is voorzien van meerdere loden eikstempels die de officiële inhoud bevestigen. Vervaardigd uit roodkoper, zwaar gebruikt en met een prachtige, doorleefde patina. De datering ligt in het einde van de 19e eeuw maar gezien de stempels is dit exemplaar tot in de jaren 1930 gebruikt. Een zeer karaktervol en historisch object.
