For your consideration is this very attractive Art Deco uranium glass vase. Beautiful vivid colouring that in different lighting looks green or yellow. It really is a lovely piece. Tall
slender tulip shape 25 cm size this is the perfect piece to add that extra class to a room. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing but of course functional too, offering the perfect vessel for your favourite flowers. Comes without damage. The enamel work is in great condition, no oxidation which often gives that white film effect over enamelling. Also free from any scratches. The most common color of uranium glass is pale yellowish-green, which in the 1930s led to the nickname "Vaseline glass" based on a perceived resemblance to the appearance (which was a yellow-green colour) of Vaseline brand petroleum jelly as formulated and commercially sold at that time.
