Chinese White Antique Pottery Jar / 12th-14th Century / Beautiful Vase

About the Item

This is a very old registration made in China. It is believed that this pottery was made around Fujian Province in China around the 12th to 14th century. It mainly baked household miscellaneous goods, and was exported to overseas such as Japan. As for this pottery, it is likely that it was landed or excavated in southern China around Fujian Province. The main feature is that there is this pattern. Many of the miscellaneous wares made here at that time used combs and spatulas to draw patterns on the pottery. There are simple straight line patterns and patterns with motifs such as flowers. This item also has a pattern like a leaf of a plant. In this region, the color of pottery is mainly olive green or yellowish brown. However, this is a whitish baked and transparent and very beautiful. There are cracks, but the scratches make it look cool. It's a very nice item. It's a recommended item. It also comes with a special wooden box.[jyukou-sei-ji] is written on the wooden box. "seiji" means celadon. ``jyukou'' ha derives its name from ``murata-jyukou'', the founder of the Japanese tea ceremony in the 15th century. The term "murata-jyukou" comes from the simple celadon tea bowls made in southern China around the 12th and 13th centuries, which were used in tea ceremonies, and the Japanese call such celadon vessels "jyukou-sei-ji". Although it is celadon, there are various colors, and it refers to the color that I explained earlier. Very nice pottery. How about decorating your room? If you put water in this, it will leak from the bottom, so if you want to decorate flowers, put water in another container and put it in this pottery. You can't break it just by holding it.
