About the Item
A striking Cobridge stoneware art pottery vase decorated with abstract designs, signed to base and dated 24th August 1999. The vase is of tall elegant shape standing on a skirted rounded base with a narrow lower body widening towards the top with a slightly raised narrow opening. The body of the vase is decorated with abstract blood red patch designs down one side of the vase and with a blue net design to the opposite side, both on a mottled grey glazed ground and allowing the vase to be rotated to enjoy different aspects. The vase has impressed makers marks to the base along with initials PAS and artist marks KR with date 24/8/99 painted below.
In excellent condition and a stunning example.
