Tall Delft Vases, Dutch tinglazed pottery polychrome decor.
The set consist of 2 tall vases with cover
Origin: The Netherlands 1940s
Colours; Green, Iron red, Blue, White ( Chinese famille verte colors or Cashmere pallet)
Style: Baroque, Antique, Vintage, Chinoiserie, Oriental
All pieces are handmade and handpainted.
Depicting an allover Chinoiserie decor in the Chinese Kangxi style.
On the shoulders trellis work, lotus flowers, chrysanthemums, Bird and rocks.
On the cover a gorgeous Foo dog finial.
Both vases are in a very good condition minor chip inside rim cover (see picture)

Delftware or Delft pottery is also known as Delft Blue.
Delftware includes pottery objects of all descriptions such figurines, plates, vases and other ornamental forms and tiles.
The start of the Delft style was around 1600.

Throughout the 17th and 18th centuries Delftware was a major industry, exporting all over Europe.
