About the Item
An early ceramic drum motif vase by Hull Pottery. This tall painted vase is made of ceramic and features a raised design around the body that resembles a drum. Raised rope djembes stretch vertically from top to bottom and are decorated with raised tassels adorned with gold paint buttons. Painted horizontal decorative lines decorate the top and bottom edges. The bottom is imprinted with the "921, USA". The overall shape of the piece is narrower at the bottom and expands toward the top. We think this would be a great piece in just about any space in a home. With the red, white, and blue color motif, it could even be a great item to display for Independence Day. Just add your favorite flowers!

- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. Fabulous antique condition with age-appropriate wear. There is some craquelure throughout. Rubbing of the paint around the edges specifically the red which only adds to its character.
