Absolutely stunning large Italian art glass folded vase by Alfredo Barbini for Murano Glass, circa 1980s. The piece has a wonderful matte glass finish with gorgeous reds, silvers and greys. The vase is in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks and measures 8.5"W x 9.5"D x 14"H and is signed on the underside. Amazing piece! #4865

Alfredo Barbini
Alfredo Barbini (1912–2007), a glass artist born in 1912 on the islands of Murano in the lagoon of Venice, Italy, was one of Murano's leading figures of the 20th century. His parents were members of families, which had been prominent in the glassmaking industry on Murano for generations as glassblowers and beadmakers.
