About the Item

Absolutely breathtaking, stunning, rare and important vintage midcentury centrepiece multi-coloured pink, orange, lilac blue and yellow glass abstract "Pulcinella" ( a 17th century and became a stock character in Neapolitan puppetry) sculpture by Ermanno Nason (1928-2014) for Cenedese of Murano, Venice, Italy. An absolutely stunning masterpiece of Mid-Century Murano glass by one of the best master glass makers of his generation - particularly striking is it's elegant form and multi-layered Sommerso glass of pink, orange, blue and yellow colors/colours. An extremely rare opportunity to be the new custodian and owner of this rare item of Venetian Murano glass which is, in our opinion, a real museum piece. Dimensions are: Height = 28.5 cm, Width = 9 cm Depth = 9.4cm.
