About the Item

Vase from the series I Profeti, in blown glass and gold designed by Renato Toso and Noti Massari for Barovier Toso, 1985. Signature engraved on the base Biography Renato Toso is a Murano designer, who together with the Venetian Noti Massari founded in 1996 an industrial and interior design studio for the design of displays, shops, exhibitions and stands. They collaborate with several companies including Cattelan Italia, Estel, Henry Lloyd, Ferro Murano, Formica, Alpi and design for Artemide, Foscarini, Leucos and others. They have participated in several conferences, exhibitions and exhibitions such as the one-man shows held at Palazzo Grassi, the Querini Stampalia in Venice and collective ones at the Louvre museum in Paris, MoMA and Corning Glass in New York. They also won several awards such as: first prize at the Venice Biennale, at the XII Triennale in Milan, first prize Andrea Palladio, two selections at the Museum Corning Glass in New York, first prize at the Young&Design competition 2005, first prize IBD-Award-USA.
