We have a unique Japanese aesthetic sense. And only we can introduce unique items through our purchasing channels in Japan and the experience we have gained so far, in such a way that no one else can imitate. It is a very old jar in Japan. This is a pottery called Tamba ware. Tamba is a historic kiln located in Hyogo prefecture (a prefecture located west of Osaka) in Japan. (The place circled in red on the Japanese map.) It is said to have originated around the 12th century. Also, in Japan, there are 6 kilns with a long history that are still going on. It is one of them. Tamba ware antique jars are rare and difficult to obtain even in Japan. The characteristic of Tamba ware is its beautiful emerald green natural glaze. It is transparent and beautiful. In addition, it has a neat shape and has a luxurious feel. Another feature is that the comb pattern is engraved on the surface. This is a processing method to smooth the uneven surface when making pottery. It is a unique feature of Tamba. The era of this jar is about the 1500s jar. The reason why the era can be specified is that the comb pattern and the "x" marking are unique to the 1500s. Since there was a special feature in the art book, I posted the image. In addition, images of masterpieces of Tamba jars of the same era are also posted. It was also stored at a museum that handles Tamba pottery in Hyogo prefecture. I guarantee this is genuine, not fake. It is a very rare item. I don't know when I can get the Tanba jar in the future. It is a recommended item. It also comes with a dedicated storage wooden box. Also, I want many people to know the goodness of antiques, so the price is set reasonably. Weight of the pot itself: 5.25 kg Weight including wooden box: 7.1 kg "Note" This is not a jar for water, but a jar for storing seeds and grains. Therefore, if you add water, it may seep from the bottom. When decorating a flower, put water in another container and put it in the jar.
