A stunning Cut Lead Crystal Glass Vase made by Wash Glass England this vase has great style and reflects the Art Deco Period it dates to 1930 and is faintly etched underneath Walsh England. 25cm tall x 11.5cm wide The Vase is is fabulous condition but has slight scratches to the underneath consistent with the age of the piece. John Walsh Walsh bought a glassworks in Birmingham, England, in 1850 and it operated for a hundred years. The beautiful vase on the left is an example of this company's "New Opaline Brocade" glass which was advertised in the Pottery and Glass Trade Gazette in 1897. They made a large volume of glass, in all the typical styles of their period.
