About the Item
Stunning studio pottery vessel/ vase San Diego, California artist, Martha Longenecker. Dates from the 1960s. Wonderful organic design and form. The salt glaze has a great natural abstract pattern. Signed on the bottom by the artist. In excellent condition for its age. No chips, no cracks, no scratches, the color is excellent and no repairs. Measures approximate 8 1/2" tall by 5 1/2" wide. Very tough to find pottery pieces by this artist and they rarely come up for sale.
