About the Item
Large circular vase in light-blue toned clear art glass. Its an unique piece and its signed by the artist, numbered and dated. It is decorated with applied threads of glass creating an abstract motif around the entire perimeter of the vase. Some of these unique pieces by Michael Bang is listed at the Holmegaard online museum: Hardernet (search: Spindelvævsglas). All of them were created in the 1990s (1992-96) and were manufactured in a collaboration between Royal Copenhagen and Holmegaard.
