About the Item

This stunning European, vintage, Mid-Century Modern hand thrown clay vase was made by an, as yet, unknown studio potter, circa 1970s in, probably, Germany. Beautiful rounded form with a tall, narrow cylindrical neck and colors (colours) of greenish light oatmeal brown and light, pale blue hues to the glaze (there is an area of missing glaze - as shown in the photos). Marked on base with four crosses spaced a single and a group of three crosses. A very beautiful and collectable piece of fine, European studio pottery.
