Miyao patinated bronze model of a Samurai Meiji Period (1868-1912), signed Miayo. The figure wearing decorated robes, standing with one hand raised looking into the distance, the other hand clasping a spear. Mounted on a rectangular lacquered wood stand. Measures: Height 7 1/2 in. (177.8 mm.).
