About the Item

Beautiful large vintage Murano hand blown orange and gold flecks, diamond quilted surface Italian art glass flower vase. Attributed to designer Alfredo Barbini, circa 1950s. The vase is profusely covered in gold leaf throughout the surface. You can feel the diamond quilted texture the design creates on the outside. Very unusual shape and size. Would make a great display piece on any table, credenza, or use it as a floor vase. Mid-century era. Measures 15" tall x 8 1/2" wide.
