About the Item
Beautiful large vintage Murano hand blown copper aventurine and white ribbons Italian art glass bottle shaped flower vase. The piece is attributed to designer Dino Martens for Aureliano Toso. The vase still retains an original “Made In Italy” item number export label used by the company underneath. Looks like the item numbers “32 - 73” written on it. It has a genie bottle shape, with alternating vertical Filigrana ribbons pattern. The copper aventurine flecks shimmer in any light. The inside of the neck shows signs of wear, which could mean it has a stopper at one point (see the top view photos). Mentioned for accuracy. Would make a great centerpiece for your dinning table, credenza or vanity. You will be able to showcase it as a decorative piece in any room. Midcentury era. Measures 11 7/8” tall x 5 1/2” wide.
