A pair of beautiful stoneware miniature vases with amazing glaze.
Made by Rolf Palm, in the artist's studio, Mölle, Sweden, 1970s.
Excellent condition. Incised ’Palm / Mölle’.
Rolf Palm (1930–2018) was one of Sweden’s leading ceramic artists in the 20th century. After his education and early work years at the Höganäs factory, he started his own studio in the area. 10 years later he relocated to Mölle. Rolf became a master of throwing and glazing, leading to unique stoneware pieces with rustic and rough expression. His artistry is represented at the Swedish National Museum of Art and Design.
