About the Item
Rare glazed ceramic flower holder with a golden glaze, crafted in the 1960s by Italian ceramist Renato Bassoli, closely associated with Lucio Fontana. The surface features a cracked and clouded relief. Its rounded shape evokes that of a gold nugget. The surface is pierced with eleven openings for flower arrangement. Minor losses and patina on the glaze, overall good condition.
