About the Item
Spanish mid-century ceramic vase - signed Punter - hand painted Domingo Punter.
A ceramist of the 1950s, domingo punter comes from a family of potters-ceramists based in spain since 1910. The company manufactures "ceramica teruel", a ceramic entirely made and decorated by hand according to the techniques of classical ceramics of the 14th and 15th centuries. Domingo Punter has sublimated this art with a folk mudejar design, in the Spanish Romanesque style of the 15th century. The creations are in green and black only. The pieces are numbered and unique because they are hand painted.
This beautiful vase is characteristic of Punter's work, both in the colors and patterns used.
The vase is in good condition, we note two small invisible chips because they are under the base.
The vase is signed and numbered.
