About the Item

A stunning Czech art glass vase with a spiral twist design by Stanislav Libensky (1921-2002) for Beranek Skrdlovice Glassworks and dating from around 1977. This heavily hand made vase is of rounded bulbous shape with a narrow flat polished base and a flat cut and polished top with a central well cased in blue glass with a yellow spiral twist enveloping the blue interior. The vase is not signed. In good condition with wear to the base.
