About the Item
A stunning vintage Swedish Strombergshyttan art glass vase engraved and acid etched with a young girl releasing birds from a cage probably dating from around 1950. The rectangular slab shaped vase is heavily made in a light blue tinted glass and is deeply engraved with an acid etched finish with a girl in a long dress holding up a bird cage with an open door and two birds flying from the cage. The vase has engraved marks to the base and is numbered B1186 TC 1423.
In good condition with wear to the base commensurate with age and use.
