A very good looking well made and decorative piece, ideally suited to display flowers, the vase has a sterling silver collar which is hallmarked as follows
DATE LETTER:- H for 1908
TOWN MARK:- Shield for Chester
STERLING SILVER:- Sideways Lion for Sterling
MAKERS MARK:- What looks like DW in and oval
The condition is excellent so far as I can see, the hallmarks are worn from years of cleaning but you can still make them out
