About the Item
Beautiful and rare, antique Venetian early Murano amethyst purple, yellow and gold flecks Italian art glass footed flower vase. Created in the style of the Compagnia Di Venezia E Murano (C.V.M.) and Antonio Salviati workshops, circa 1875-1900. The vase has an unusual yellow drip design around the body, like a honey comb. It is covered in gold leaf, both on the amethyst part of the vase and on top of the decoration. Would make a great display piece on any desk, vanity or curio cabinet. You will be able to showcase it as a decorative piece in any room. Late Victorian era. Collectors item. Measures 7 1/2” tall x 3” wide at the foot of the vase.
