About the Item

Venetian iridescent blown glass vase/bowl, flared body on foot with two small handles at the neck and engraved banded decoration with plant motifs and dots. Edge and foot profile emphasized by blue fillets, with blue glass applied prunty on body. The surface exhibits a luminous iridescence typical of Murano production in the late 19th-early 20th century. Complete with its pear-shaped polychrome glass stopper, also with iridescence, with a small chip at the leaf (see photo). Measurements: overall height 23 cm, diameter approx. 11 cm.
