Exquisite French Napoleon III cave à liqueur featuring superb marquetry work in a warm blonde tone, adorned with elegant brass trim. This complete set includes 16 crystal glasses and 4 crystal decanters with finely detailed gilt bronze mounts. A striking collector’s piece that beautifully showcases 19th-century French craftsmanship.
Condition:
The set is in good overall condition, with minor signs of use consistent with age:
One glass is of a slightly different shape (later antique replacement).
One stopper has a small chip on the rim.
One stopper shows wear on the base.
One decanter has a few tiny flea bites.
One glass has a minor chip on the rim.
These are all small signs of use and do not detract from the beauty or completeness of the set.
