A stylish 20th Century Art Deco silver plate
part gilt recipe cocktail shaker by NAPIER CO., Meriden, Connecticut, USA. With engraved details for the recipes of fifteen popular cocktails; twist the body of the shaker to point the arrow at the name of the desired cocktail and the recipe appears in the window cut outs beneath. Produced shortly after the end of Prohibition in the USA in 1933, it's easy to imagine the allure such an item held for party hosts eager to impress their guests with the latest in cocktail culture. With its sleek Art Deco design, this shaker remains just as relevant today, making it not only a practical tool but also a fantastic conversation piece, perfect for a modern barware collection. Stamped on the base "NAPIER, U.S.
