About the Item
A stunning antique late 1800s or early 1900s English silver three bottle tantalus made by Betuemann's, London in good working order. The three crystal bottles appear to be original as they are graduated to perfectly fit the silver framework of the tantalus and the outfitted velvet holder at the base. The tantalus is stamped on one end "Betuemann's Patent 40655 London" and "The Tantalus" with a crown on the other. They original key turns and the lock pushes down to tilt to the side and allow the bottles to be removed.
Tarnished overall. Could be polished or left as is for an aged, antique look.
