This is a very good hand made, hammered pewter vase made by Civic Pewter, Sheffield, England, during the Art Deco period, Circa 1925
The small vase has a lovely shape with two angular handles and sitting on four small feet.
The shape is very "in period" Art Deco with its angular geometric shaped handles
It is fully marked to the base with Civic Pewter, Made in England, 1549 which is probably the pattern number.
Civic Pewter was a trade name of T Land
Sons of Sheffield, England and is fully recorded maker by the Pewter Society.
