About the Item
A well-used yet highly decorative and useable desk cigarcutter in patinated brass. It screws apart at the middle allowing you to empty its content when you want to. It was made in England during the 1920s or 30s and its only decorative feature is a concentric circle or a circle within a circle at its top/pusher.
