About the Item

English Georgian Neoclassical sterling silver goblet, 1810. Medici urn bowl; round reeded foot mounted to hexagonal base. Engraved nautical scenes with boats propelled by wind and manpower. Fruiting grapevine band at mouth rim; leafing scroll and diaper on foot. Two rectangular frames (vacant). Gilt interior. Fully marked including worn maker’s stamp and London assay stamp. Weight: 8.5 troy ounces.
