About the Item

A vintage Italian Richard Ginori 'Contessa' gold and terracotta-red porcelain sugar bowl and lid, circa late-20th century, Italy. Piece (two pieces = sugar bowl and lid) is hand decorated with gold band detail around lid rim, center and base, and on handles. This 'Contessa' pattern is a rare find. Manufactured from 1982 - 1995. Piece is marked with the following authentication makers' marks, 'Richard Ginori', 'Florence', 'Italy', as shown in last image. A chic piece to add to a current collection or to start one. Very good condition with no chips noted. Dimensions: bowl w/lid: 3.13" Depth x 6" Width x 4.25" Height.
