A Handsome, substantial and very well-made 4 - piece Mid-Century, Regency style brass acrorn topped set of barware or bartender tools on a circular stand by Maxwell Phillip. This set includes hourglass-shaped measuring device, aka as a jigger or shot glass, can opener, Stainless bar knife with pronged tip (Sheffield, England), corkscrew with double levers, all with brass ribbed handles and acrorn tops. Marked Maxwell Phillip on knife blade. Unmarked, but same as the marked versions I've sold.
