About the Item
We are pleased to offer for sale a playfully designed piece that is sure to stand out in your home bar. This is an ice bucket made of aluminum and pewter, sculpted in the shape of a luscious pear. Made in Italy, as confirmed by the engraved mark on the base, and dating to the mid-20th century Modern period, this vintage ice bucket has been used and enjoyed over time. As shown in the photos, it displays signs of age and use which, in our opinion, add to its charm.
The lower compartment houses a practical plastic insert for ice, while the upper section features a realistic pewter stem-shaped handle, secured with a rivet.
