About the Item

This elegant Mid-Century Modern octagonal ice bucket was realized in the United States by the esteemed designer Carol Stupell, circa 1970. It features a faceted body and top composed of faceted translucent Lucite, giving it the overall appearance of a cut white diamond. The eight sided Lucite top is attached to the body via swivel mechanism, which pivots to expose the hollow body within. With its clean modernist lines and elegant form, this ice bucket is as versatile as it is aesthetically compelling, blending with any style of interior from Art Deco to contemporary.
