About the Item

Very decorative mid century green glass decanter with handmade leathercase from the period around 1960. This lovely barware accessory piece was handcrafted in Austria around 1960 and is coming in a hand-stitched brown leather case (tantalus) which is ornated by artfully embossed depcitions of so-called "putti" or "cherubs" (=toddler winged angles) set in a vine-themed surrounding. This mid century glass decanter was crafted of green mouth-blown glass, square in shape with a big ball stopper on top. An outstanding, unusual glass decanter item from the 1960s coming to you in great original condition.
