About the Item
This absolutely delightful and unusual vintage brass rooster tray is signed Vendor-Lee- Men 10/12/84. The outline or the rooster form becomes the shape of the tray. The scalloped edge on the right hand side is part of its body shape. It has just been professionally polished and then lacquered so it will not tarnish. One now cannot use a brass cleaner on it as it will strip the lacquer. Great barware and perfect for all your entertaining needs. The interior space for serving is 11" W x 7.5" D. The rooster form on the left hand side juts upward. There is a raised part in the center of the tray that is also part of the rooster form. This is so much fun! Rooster pieces seem to be collected and desired. From the 80's. This is a winner.
