This elegant and substantial silver-plate bowl by renowned Mexican designer Emilia Castillo showcases her distinctive fusion of metalwork and natural stone. Hand-hammered throughout, the bowl features a wide, slightly flared rim adorned with jasper stone inlay having a soft, iridescent and earthy hues. The natural stones bring warmth and depth to the cool sheen of the silver surface, creating a visually engaging and tactile piece.
Measuring over 16 inches in diameter, this generously sized bowl is both functional and decorative—ideal as a centerpiece, serving vessel, or statement accent. Raised on four rounded silver feet, it is signed on the underside: TO-85, Emilia Castillo, Mexico M.R., Plateado.
