About the Item

Old Sheffield flat bottomed cylindrical soufflé dish on four foliate, cast scroll feet, and applied cast foliate scroll handles. The bowl is fitted with a removable and flared rim liner. Impressed on the underside with the "bell" makers mark of Smith, Sissons Co. Sheffield, England, 1840.
