An exceptional Late 18th Century Chinese export porcelain soup tureen with its original under platter, both decorated with gilt floral borders and central baskets of flowers in sepia enamel. The tureen features twisted rope handles and a finely modeled floral knop. Retains the original Elinor Gordon label, attesting to provenance from the noted specialist in Chinese export porcelain.
