This exceptional cut crystal bowl is a superb example of refined French tableware craftsmanship from the early 20th century. The bowl features deeply etched vertical fluting that fans into a radiating starburst motif at the bottom, capturing and refracting light with remarkable brilliance.
Crowning the rim is an intricately hand-worked perforated silver-plated band, showcasing a delicate vine and leaf motif in openwork filigree, typical of the Art Nouveau flowing, organic lines and intricate designs inspired by nature. The combination of the luminous crystal and finely detailed silver creates a harmonious balance of weight and elegance.
