About the Item

Large pair of pink / aubergine colored 'Opalino' Murano glass serving / center bowls designed by Antonio da Ros (1936-2012) for Cenedese, circa 1970-1990. Wonderful translucent color of pink or aubergine, almost pink sapphire to purple amethyst. Simplistic yet elegant forms, almost futuristic. Very fun to dine with the vibrant Murano glassware. Bowls measure approximately 8 cm tall by 27.7 cm in diameter.
