About the Item
This stunning Art Deco polished silver plate pedestal bowl, centerpiece, or serving bowl was designed by Silversmith Francois Frionnet, Paris, circa 1930. The modernist design, featuring a round, stepped bottom, boasts a funnel-shaped dish with a flat base, complemented by large loop handles. The bowl is stamped on the edge with the legal silversmith hallmarks of Maison François Frionnet, Paris.
Dimensions: 16.13 in wide with handles (41 cm) by 13.57 in deep (34.5 cm) by 6.69 in high (17 cm) - the bowl is 13.57 in diameter (34.5 cm).
