About the Item

Due to the nature of glassblowing, every Murano fish is individual, and we are fortunate to be able to offer a large Murano fish measuring an impressive 50cm in length! The main colour is pale blue, with beautiful swirling flecks of dark blue, deep red and olive green, which is a real decorators piece. This multi-colour glass blowing technique ensures that no one piece is the same. This colourful blown fish with open mouth and button glass eyes, sits on clear glass fins at the front whilst the tail supports the body to create a wonderful art sculpture. I have photographed both sides of each fish to demonstrate the variation in colour. The fish is in good vintage condition, with no cracks or chips, and is as vibrant as it appear in the photographs. Measurements: 50cm L x 14.5cm H x 10cm D
