Hallmarked in Birmingham in 1890 and 1895 by Elkington
Co., this stunning, Victorian, Antique Sterling Silver Centrepiece Suite, comprises an oval central silver and glass dish, and a round pair of silver and glass side dishes, all ornate in design, with fauns supporting the dishes which are detailed with floral and acanthus motifs.
The central dish measures 9"(23cm) tall, by 13.5"(34cm) wide, by 7"(18cm) deep, and the side dishes measure 9.5"(24cm) tall, by 6.75"(17cm) in diameter. The set together weighs 138 troy ounces.
