About the Item
Solid silver centerpiece in Baroque style - Queen Anne, made entirely by hand starting from a raw sheet of silver and then padded and shaped.
On the raised part, grooves have been embossed, typical of the Baroque style of the late 17th century. A cord border has been soldered on the edge and finished in the corners with shell applications, typical of the period.
The final polishing was done with pumice stone.
Made in Milan - Italy by one of the most important Italian silversmiths, Mario Vallè for Arval Argenti Valenza.
