Beautiful and rare ivory-coloured ceramic centrepiece baskets.
Italy, Art Deco period.
It features a refined embroidery pattern all around, while the upper part features an elegant floral motif, entirely handmade.
It was manufactured by the prestigious Maison Chiurato in Rome, located in Via Due Macelli, a few steps from the Spanish Steps.
The base still bears its elegant original label:
‘Giuseppe Chiurato MAIOLICHE ARTISTICHE Via Due Macelli 61 Rome’.
This artwork, never before on the market, comes from an important Italian private collection
