About the Item

Edwin and Maribel Todd were the creative force behind 2 Todds Pottery, based in Jamaica in 1960s-1970s. Maribel Todd was an American born ceramicist; she and her husband Edwin had a studio in Highgate, St Mary, Jamaica, playfully called The Two Todds, before relocating to Costa Rica. Rare, hard to find examples of Mid-century Modern Jamaican studio art pottery will make a nice gift to a ceramic collector or a design enthusiast.
