About the Item
Very decorative vase from the early art deco period, made in France.
This object has a shape that looks like the ancient Greek amphorae, but has a four-pass stand to ensure stability, in the upper area there are two handles on the sides. Particularly successfully executed is the running glaze in blue and yellow, which merges the two colours wonderfully into each other. In addition, the relief decoration in the upper part of the vase is masterfully designed.
This object has a graceful surface design that is unagitated yet moving.
Measurements approx.: Height 36 cm - 14.17 in, diameter at the widest point 16 cm - 6.3 in
The skilful execution of the early Art Deco time make this vase a desirable collector's item.
