About the Item

A George Jones Majolica Baluster-Form Pitcher, the body with relief-molded chestnut leaves and blossoms on a deep pink-glazed ground, the handle formed with two branches tied with pink ribbon on a branch base, the interior glazed in turquoise, the reverse with tortoiseshell mottling and black painted design number 1857.
